Prairie Heart Care Co. was created by a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant who share a deep passion for caring for others and serving the community they call home. As lifelong Wyoming locals — Dakota from Pine Bluffs and Destiny from Cheyenne — they understand the importance of neighbors caring for neighbors and treating every family with compassion, honesty, and respect.
Together, they recognized a missing need in the community for caregiving that feels both professional and genuinely personal. They know how overwhelming and emotional it can be to trust someone with the care of a loved one, and they believe families deserve support that brings comfort, peace of mind, and reassurance.

MEET DAKOTA
Dakota, has always had a heart for helping others. Caring for people is not just something she does — it is who she is. With 8 years of CNA experience in long term and assisted living care, along with 5 years of nursing experience in correctional nursing, long term care coordination, and caring for individuals with complex medical and mental health needs, Dakota has spent her career advocating for and supporting people through every stage of life.
Through her years in healthcare, she has seen firsthand how much compassion, patience, dignity, and genuine human connection matter. She believes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference, and she carries that belief into every interaction with clients and families.
As both a healthcare professional and a mother, Dakota deeply understands how important it is to trust the people caring for your loved ones. She knows families want more than just assistance — they want reassurance, comfort, and someone who will truly care. That is the heart behind Prairie Heart Care Co..

MEET DESTINY
Taking care of others has always been a part of who Destiny is. From a young age, she found joy in helping people feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Before becoming a CNA at just 18 years old, Destiny worked in home caregiving, and since then, her passion for caring for others has only continued to grow.
As a mother, her heart for caregiving runs even deeper. She understands how important it is to trust the people caring for the ones you love most. That is why she pours her whole heart into every person she cares for — treating them with the same patience, kindness, dignity, and compassion she would want for her own family.
For Destiny, caregiving is more than a career — it is a calling. She is deeply dedicated to making sure every individual feels valued, supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Whether helping with daily needs, offering comfort, or simply being there with a warm heart and helping hand, she believes even the smallest acts of care can make the biggest difference.
